The event is intended for staff of the national university sports associations in Europe (Secretaries General, International Relations and/or Sports Managers), EUSA and FISU representatives. It is not open to general public, and we reserve the right to limit the number of applicants.

Registration deadlines:
February 15, 2023: General Entry
February 25, 2023: Travel Plan
both deadlines have been extended to March 1 for last late entries

Participation Fees

Single use room (1 person): 550 EUR per person
Double room, double use (2 persons): 400 EUR per person

The Participation Fees are per person and include:
•    3 overnights with breakfast
•    Lunch and Dinner on Thursday, Friday and Saturday
•    Transportation from/to the Venice Marco Polo Airport on Thursday and Sunday (arrivals/departures on other days at extra costs)
•    Ski Pass and Ski Equipment rental for official #beactive program on Saturday morning
•    Organisational costs
•    Local taxes
